· Large kitchen/dining room with dining table for up to 10 people
· Double living room with both a gas fireplace and open fireplace which can be sub dived to make two separate living spaces
· Fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, large American style fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave and separate utility room with sink, washing machine & tumble dryer
· Large flat screen TV, DVD player, music system with radio / DVD, satellite TV in living room and Master bedroom
· Meeting room which can be set up to your requirements ( can seat up to 10-12 delegates)
· All bed linen and towels are supplied with optional daily maid service
· Facility to provide housekeeper to prepare meals if required
· On site manager available 7 days
· Large garden with patio and garden furniture
· Guests can avail of the facilities of the Castleross Hotel Leisure Centre, (half a mile away) - 20m pool, gym and golf course (additional charge payable locally for use of hotel facilities).

Guest can also avail of reduced price access to Killarney Riding Stables which offers hacking, trekking & trail riding in adjacent Killarney National Park for 1,2 & 3 hours
